Vaseline Total Moisture Cocoa Glow - Review.

Yesterday, I reviewed Himalaya Protective Sunscreen Lotion with SPF 15. If you missed out. Please do check out. Okay, Today I am going to review Vaseline Total Moisture Cocoa Glow. I have a deep love in it and i am using it for more than 2 years as it is my only trusted moisturizer ever. Other than moisturizing, It's smell is one, I am addicted to. Okay, here is the photo.

What the product claims:

Vaseline Cocoa Glow 24hr Nourishing Lotion with cocoa & vitamin E melts into skin to smooth away roughness and the appearance of uneven areas, igniting skin’s natural glow at the source. Rich cocoa glow – helps to even skin texture and conditioning moisturizers leave skin smooth and supple.

Ingredients: 

Water, Petrolatum, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Isopropyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Stearamide AMP, Glycol Stearate, Triethanolamine, Glyceryl Stearate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cetyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Perfume, Methylparaben, Magnesium Aluminium Silicate, Carbomer, Titanium Dioxide, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Dihydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Caramel, Hydroxethyl Urea, Pentasodium Pentetate.

Price = Rs.175 for 300 ml but i got it for Rs.150 ☺☺☺☺

Shelf life: 2 years!


Packaging: The packaging is very awesome.It comes in a sexy shape bottle and the lotion comes out very quickly. I will recommend you to press slightly! 

My experience with this product:

I have tried many cocoa butter products from many companies like Lotus Herbals but all are not promising well, One may be so pricy and other may have disgusting cocoa smell or other may result in sweating a lot, well still other may dry up or give a greasy look.

But this product is just awesome one, I have discovered.

The liquid is very thin and light in texture, so it is suitable for those have oily/combination skin. Well, Dry skin beauties can also use it!! Also it is slight in beige in colour.

Here is the swatch. It gives a instant glow to my skin.

Like other moisturizers, It doesn't gave me any extra sweat amazingly. I felt really good on choosing a right option for my skin. As promised, It gave a glowing appearance on my skin. You need to apply the moisturizer every 4 hours because that's the power of staying on your skin. It will not give any greasiness or any other oiliness to the skin and it is light and good. Oily skinned beauties will surely dance on this statement. In terms of moisturizing the skin, it is amazingly well. It made my skin smooth and supple. And i peculiarly felt my cheeks kissable.!!♥ It nourishes the skin and gives a non-oily soft skin. But i do not say that it nourishes 24 hours [as it is prescribed], it will stay for pretty 4 hours.

And my ladies, the smell is gorgeous. I love my beige skin and my friends call me cocoa!☺. And this smell suits me perfect. It smell like homemade chocolate and the smell lasted for 3 hours!! I bought this at winter time but i am loving it on summers too because when i go out, I said that i didn't feel any such greasy appearance.!☺ The product is very affordable for such a long bottle. It actually went inside my college bag as well as ordinary hand bags! It is also available in small bottle too. The only thing i want is some SPF factor in it. It does not contain any sun protection... And it is my negative in it!!

Does not contain SPF
